Adjacent utility spaces were transformed with integrated storage solutions and a distinctive concrete sink and worktop. Throughout the ground floor, custom joinery creates functional zones—from inviting bookshelves and a study area to a feature fireplace surround—all finished in a sophisticated palette of birch ply, black stained veneer, and tailored painted surfaces. Upstairs, the bedrooms were elevated with custom wardrobes, including a meticulously designed dressing room with pull-out storage and ambient LED lighting.
